Jimothy Trash Night Walkthrough: Bins, Dogs, and the Timer

Trash Night is a side-view collection mission: find food in usable bins before the garbage truck arrives and preserve lives by hopping the dogs.

Verification policy

The game can change in place because it is a browser release. Recheck the official manual if an objective, timer, or control differs in play.

Identify useful bins

Official: latched lids are raccoon-proof. If a lid is visibly latched, keep moving rather than spending the timer trying to open it.

Use A—Z or Space on keyboard—at a usable bin. Do not press B expecting to rummage; B is the hop action.

    Treat dogs as timing gates

Official: two dogs patrol the alley. Approach with room to react, then use B—X or Shift—to hop instead of running directly into them.

Practice note: exact collision frames are not published. Build a repeatable visual cue from the live game rather than relying on an invented pixel distance.

      Route for a clean clear

Move continuously, sample open bins as you reach them, and reverse only when the remaining visible route offers no usable lid. This minimizes travel that earns no food.

Advanced difficulty changes the quota and clock according to the creator manual, so learn the layout rhythm on Basic before treating the Advanced timer as a score run.

        Failure check

If time expires, count how many latched bins you stopped at and remove those pauses. If a dog costs a life, slow the approach and isolate one hop rather than holding movement through the encounter.

Unknown: bin contents and score values are not documented in the source manual, so no fixed “best bin order” is claimed here.
